Road Rehabilitation and Expansion Projects
We are undertaking major road construction and rehabilitation across key urban and rural routes, including the Maiduguri–Bama and Monguno–Kukawa corridors. These projects aim to improve mobility, boost trade, and reconnect conflict-affected communities.
Affordable Housing Development
Through a phased housing scheme, the Ministry is building modern, affordable residential units in Maiduguri and selected local government areas to support resettlement and reduce housing deficits for low- and middle-income families.
Reconstruction of Public Buildings and Infrastructure
We are restoring and constructing government offices, schools, and health facilities that were damaged or destroyed by conflict. These projects are crucial for restoring public service delivery and rebuilding institutional trust.
