Engr. Adam Bukar Bababe brings a proven track record of decisive leadership, uncompromising standards, and technical precision. Previously serving as the transformative Executive Secretary of the Borno Geographic Information Service (BOGIS)—where he automated land administration and processed over 2,500 Certificates of Occupancy—he now leads the Ministry of Works and Housing with a rigorous on-site supervision ethos.
